Welcome to Drip Tees! We’re excited to create something awesome for you. These terms help keep things smooth and transparent, so please take a moment to read through them.
1. Custom Designs & Orders
Every order is subject to availability and approval. For custom designs, we’ll send you a digital mock-up to review before we start printing. Once you give us the thumbs-up, we’ll get to work!
Please double-check your design details, sizes, quantities, and shipping info before confirming—accuracy helps us deliver exactly what you want.
2. Lead-Time & Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 3–4 working days after confirmation and design approval. Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days total (after confirmation and design approval), but this can vary depending on couriers and other factors.
If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed—but some things may be out of our control.
3. Free Delivery
Applies to main cities and surrounding areas.
Additional Charges:
May be applied for deliveries to rural or outlying areas.
Courier Services:
Delivery is handled by THE COURIER GUY.
Orders shipped within 3 - 4 days
Delivery transit times:
1 - 2 Days: Gauteng, KZN, North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Free State.
2 - 3 Days: Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and Western Cape.
Important Note for Rural/Outlying/Remote Areas:
Please contact us for a quote if you are located in an outlying, rural, or remote area.
4. Payment
All prices are listed on our website or quoted directly. Full payment is required before we begin production. Prices may change from time to time, but we’ll always be upfront about it.
5. Returns & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property
If you send us a design, you’re confirming that you have the rights to use it. We trust you on this! You also agree to protect Drip Tees from any legal issues that might arise from third-party claims.
Designs we create for you remain our property until full payment is received. After that, they’re all yours (unless otherwise agreed).
7. Service Disclaimer
We provide our services “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for perfection, we can’t guarantee everything will be flawless. We don’t offer warranties, but we do offer dedication and care.
8. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for indirect or unexpected damages, including lost profits or data. We’ll always do our best to make things right, but some things are beyond our reach.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by South African law. If any disputes arise, we’ll handle them with fairness and respect.
