What is our Print-on-Demand Service?
Unlike traditional Print-on-Demand companies that print every order from scratch, DripTees pre-produces your DTF artwork and securely stores it in our fulfilment inventory. When an order is received, we simply heat-press the design onto your chosen premium t-shirt colour and size, allowing for significantly faster turnaround times while maintaining exceptional print quality.
How Our POD Process Works
1. Submit Your Designs
Send us your artwork and we'll prepare your designs for production.
2. Gang Sheet Production
We print your artwork on efficient 100cm gang sheets, allowing up to four different designs to be produced in one print run.
3. Inventory Storage
Your DTF transfers are stored safely in our fulfilment department, ready for immediate production.
4. Order Fulfilment
Once an order is placed, we press your design onto the requested t-shirt and ship directly to your customer.
Pricing
Per T-Shirt
Prices vary, depending on the size of designs and number of prints per shirt.
Shipping
R80 nationwide shipping within South Africa using The Courier Guy's Locker to Door service or Locker to Locker for rural and outlying customers.
Prices start from R220 per t-shirt, this included our premium tee, custom branded neck label print and a single front print of up to A4 in size - more prints or larger designs will incur addition charges.
Upfront Investment
To reduce production costs and improve delivery times, we require a minimum of four DTF transfers per design (one gang sheet) to be printed in advance.
This requires an upfront investment of R440 per design, which represents 50% of the production cost of four t-shirts.
Prices vary, depending on the size of designs and number of prints per shirt.
Your transfers are securely stored by DripTees and used as customer orders are received. Once the inventory for any design reaches one remaining, we automatically invoice you for another gang sheet to ensure uninterrupted fulfilment.
