The better the artwork, the better the finished print. For the sharpest and cleanest results, we recommend supplying your artwork in a high-resolution transparent PNG format.
300 DPI
Artwork should be supplied at 300 DPI wherever possible. This provides the high-resolution source quality needed for professional apparel printing.
Transparent PNG
PNG files with a clear background are preferred. This allows your logo or artwork to be placed cleanly onto the garment without an unwanted background box.
High Resolution
Always send the largest and highest-quality version of your artwork available. Avoid screenshots, compressed social-media images and low-resolution files.

Our Preferred Format
This is the preferred format for DTF apparel printing. A transparent PNG allows the artwork to be separated cleanly from its background and positioned accurately on your garment.
If you are supplying a company logo, we recommend sending the original artwork exported directly from your design software rather than a screenshot or image downloaded from social media.
ARTWORK QUALITY MATTERS:
We cannot guarantee print quality from images downloaded from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms, as these platforms often compress images and reduce their resolution.
Don’t have a high-resolution file? No problem. Our design team can recreate or professionally prepare most artwork and logos for high-quality printing. Additional artwork preparation or recreation fees may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
